I created this re-working of the original Delia Derbyshire version with a view to modernising the sound subtly whilst trying to retain the mystery and spookiness of the original. For such a simple track it was much more complicated than I thought to try to re-create the sounds – the baseline consists of 4 tracks alone! Its pretty much a note for note replica since I lined up her mix on the sequencer to match the tempo precisely… Hope you all enjoy!
