The motivation for doing it was really to learn about how pieces of music can be put together, as I'm fairly new to arranging music I thought it would be a good idea to choose a piece that I know relatively well. The process was first of all recording the bass line then slowly building up the arrangement piece by piece, experimenting with different sounds and trying to get a semi-unique sounding piece. The music was recorded and mixed in Logic Pro, with sounds used coming from Native Instruments, East West, KORG and Apple.
