Having asked what it would be like if Vangelis did a Doctor Who theme, the next reasonable question was ... what if one of the other greats of electronic music did one too? I tried to do as accurate a recreation as I could of JMJ's style circa Oxygene or Équinoxe. Synths used were: the Kontakt 5 Player's CR-78 drum machine, Rhythmus Korg Minipops 7 Emulator, Arturia's ARP 2600 and Prophet V VSTis, SuperWave Equinoxe, EMS Synthi A and DVI Mellotron.
