Well since it's such a popular genre at the moment, I decided it was time for an Electro-House remix of the Dr Who theme tune. This was done in Logic, with some tracks made on a Novation X-Station hadware synthesizer. I used the original theme tune as a basis for the remix, as well as a sample of David Tennant saying "timelord" (which I took from the "Eutopia" episode in the current series). I left the "middle eight" bit in because personally I think it's the best part of the track, although it does make the whole track sound quite trancy.
Since this is a club mix dance track (which I will be including in my mixes), it has a long intro and outro, so you may want to skip on a bit at the beginning. |
