This may be one of the weirder whomixes, so be warned. I made it as a little tribute to the Cybermen. There have been a lot of interesting takes on the Doctor Who theme, but I don’t think many people (if anyone) have tried to combine it with incidental music from the episodes before. This song was mainly influenced by Malcolm Clarke’s “March of the Cybermen” (heard in “Earthshock” and “Attack of the Cybermen”) which has always been my favorite cybertheme. I tried to recreate some of its instrument sounds. Another influence was Carey Blyton. The Doctor Who signature is present, albeit “cyber-converted.” I created it in ACID, using Absynth and a few samples.
