Quite a few of you requested a closing titles mix of my Derbyshire 1980 mix, and here it is. The initial scream has been filtered out of the original recordings and re-assembled to allow it to flow into the music better. Because of this it doesn’t sound exactly like the original, but I don’t think that detracts from the mix. Technically speaking the mix I used for this isn’t the original D1980 mix, it’s been reassembled with a different “hiss” structure and I’ve boosted the melody lines a bit so it doesn’t sound as weak. This was then edited in the same places as the original, for maximum authenticity, and then a delay echo was added as with the original. At the end I also applied some light dynamic compression, again to make it a little more authentic. Hope you like.
